Moving from the familiar structure of school and into adult life can be daunting for teenagers and parents alike, but it doesn’t have to be! Life after high school is full of options and opportunities that present a whole new world of possibilities to young adults.
In this webinar we will explore:
- Key information to assist parents and teenagers to negotiate the transition to life after high school.
- The post-school options that are available.
- Planning, preparation and who to enlist for help.
- Practical, organisational strategies to help prepare young adults for the changes they are going to experience when leaving high school.
Intended participants:
This webinar is for parents and carers of children and young adults with Autism aged 15 to 18 years.
Cost to attend:
Families currently receiving services will be charged for 2 hours of Parent and Carer Training in accordance with your Service Agreement.
To register, please select the free ticket option below. As per your Service Agreement, a guest can attend with you. If you would like to bring a guest, please RSVP for 2 tickets – you will only be charged once.
Families who are not currently accessing services through the Autism Association may purchase a ticket.
