Fundraising is a fun, social and rewarding way to make a difference. When you choose to fundraise for the Autism Association of WA, you are providing vital funds for individuals with Autism and their families in Western Australia.

The fundraising opportunities are endless
Your fundraising activity can be as simple or elaborate as you like – you are only limited by your imagination.
Fundraise as an individual or a group by taking part in an existing challenge event or by creating your own.Â
There are many things you can do — keep it simple or really challenge yourself!
The sky’s the limit, from fun runs or walks, morning teas and dress-up days to backyard BBQs and quiz nights. You can also collect donations in lieu of gifts for your special celebration or in tribute to a loved one.

Before you start organising your event, please read the following guidelines to ensure your upcoming event is not only successful and fun, but also in accordance with the law.
It is your responsibility as the organiser to ensure appropriate financial management of your fundraising event. Here are some guidelines to help.
All funds raised from your event must be paid to the Autism Association of Western Australia. You can do this by:

Account number: 282351 (Westpac)
Reference: Please use your reference number
Your reference number will be included in your event kit. If you are unable to use this number please email details of your deposit to Fundraise@autism.org.au so we can accurately track it.
Online Payment
To make an online payment using a credit card or debit card visit our online donation page. Please list your reference number in the comments box.
Send a Cheque
Send your cheque payable to: Autism Western Australia

Please note the following types of activities are neither endorsed nor permitted to be conducted on behalf of the Autism Association:
- Telemarketing
- Door-to-door fundraising
For cash donations: the Autism Association can provide a tax deductible receipt for all donations of $2 or more. Simply collect the donor’s details using the Donor Receipt Form and the Autism Association will issue receipts when all monies have been received.
