International Autism Conference Quiet Lounge Takes Flight Thanks to Perth Airport
Perth Airport has checked in to the 2025 Asia Pacific Autism Conference to sponsor the Quiet Lounge.
The Conference (APAC 2025), hosted by the Autism Association of Western Australia, will welcome delegates from around the world to Perth, for an exciting three-day conference in November of this year. At present, there are delegates confirmed from over 15 different countries including Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, China, and North America, as well as Australia.
Educators, medical professionals, academics, allied health professionals, government policy makers, NGOs, Autistic individuals and families, will meet at Crown Perth from November 13th -15th 2025 to share knowledge and insights from current cutting-edge research, best practice and lived experience.
The Asia Pacific Autism Conference is expected to be a vibrant hub of innovative thinking, featuring presentations and networking from a large, diverse, international audience. The Quiet Lounge, sponsored by Perth Airport, will provide a tranquil and calming environment for Autistic individuals who may need time away from the busy and sometimes noisy environment.
In response to Perth Airport’s sponsorship of the Quiet Lounge, Joan McKenna Kerr AM, Chief Executive Officer of the Autism Association of WA and Conference Convenor, said:

Perth Airport Chief Commercial & Aviation Officer, Kate Holsgrove, added: “We’ve partnered with the Autism Association for more than seven years so are thrilled that they will be hosting an international Autism conference in Perth. Most Conference attendees will be arriving via Perth Airport, so we are delighted to be able to support this event and also provide the first and last impression of our great State for conference delegates.”
Tickets for APAC 2025 will be available up to the beginning of November. However, Early Bird tickets at a discounted rate are available until April 7, 2025. Tickets can be purchased on the APAC 2025 website.
