APAC 2025 is Coming to Perth!
We are pleased to announce the Autism Association of Western Australia is hosting the Asia Pacific Autism Conference 2025 in Perth, Western Australia on behalf of the Australian Advisory Board on Autism.
Taking place at Crown Perth between the 13th – 15th of November 2025, we look forward to welcoming an international audience that brings together educators, medical professionals, researchers, allied health professionals, policy makers, NGOs, public sector professionals, Autistic people and families, to an exciting three-day conference.
The theme of APAC 2025 is – Creating and Inspiring the Future Together.
This theme will focus on fostering understanding, promoting research, improving education, driving innovation, creating opportunities and working collaboratively with Autistic people and their families to inspire the change we want to see.
APAC 2025 brings the world together with four eminent Keynote Speakers from across the globe. The Conference promises an exciting and stimulating program with insight into best practice and current cutting-edge research that will inform and inspire attendees.

APAC 2025 will feature an impressive and diverse line-up of Keynote Speakers from across the globe who will be speaking on thought-provoking topics related to our principal conference themes.
Between them, our internationally recognised Keynote Speakers combine a wealth of knowledge and lived experience and are considered to be among the elite in the field of Autism. Accolades include Fellowships; founding research projects; sitting on Boards; publishing articles, guidelines and books; and receiving royal recognition in the form of a CBE for services to the study of Autism.

The APAC 2025 Program at a Glance is now available, showcasing key conference themes and session topics.
The conference program will focus on the journey from awareness to acceptance, advancing to appreciation, and driving action to help build a society that values, respects and appreciates all people with Autism.
Throughout the event, we will explore how individuals, organisations, and entire nations are progressing through these stages, with real-world examples showcasing each phase of development.
Papers will cover a wide range of topics, with many providing practical solutions and strategies for delegates to take away and use within their communities.
This includes, but is not limited to, supporting children and adolescents in educational settings, improving the quality of life for adults through employment and community living, and empowering families and communities to lead positive change.
A central theme will be the adoption of strengths-based approaches for individuals with Autism. The conference will encourage attendees to apply these insights to foster a culture of acceptance and appreciation of all people with Autism to achieve genuine inclusion and equity, so that they are respected and valued equally within the community.
