Decades of Dedication: Our 2026 Long Service Awards

The awards celebrated staff from across the Association who have recently reached milestones of 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of working with us.

Marking Milestones

This year we were thrilled to have over 70 staff receive a Long Service Award, with over 60 decades of service between them!

Our awards ceremony marked these milestones and recognised the contributions these team members have made to the lives of individuals with Autism and their families.

It was a wonderful opportunity to hear how valued each and every employee is by their managers, coworkers, and the people they support. The many warm words were a reminder of why we love what we do, and why so many staff stay at the Association for so many years.

Congratulations to all 2026 Long Service Award recipients – here’s to many more years of passion, dedication, and making a difference every day.

You can see what some recipients had to say about their time at the Association and find snapshots from the awards celebration below.

I have most enjoyed making a meaningful impact on the lives of Autistic children and their families. Following and supporting them on their journey has taught me so many important skills and life lessons that go far beyond clinical skills and expertise.
