We welcome the news from the Australian Government, announcing the launch of the National Autism Strategy 2025-2031, developed in partnership with Autistic individuals and their families and carers.
As one of Australia’s leading specialist providers – who have long stood for the advancement of Autistic people – it is very welcoming to see the strategy and action plan focused on creating changes in the areas of social inclusion, economic participation; diagnosis, support; and health and mental health – which align with our vision and values, as well as the work we have caried out over the last six decades.
We look forward to supporting this strategy to address the barriers faced by Autistic people; ensuring our community is one for all and Autistic individuals are empowered to thrive in all aspects of life.
