About Wings for Autism
The Autism Association of Western Australia had the great opportunity to run our pilot project: Wings for Autism, in association with Perth Airport. Recently, we supported families to prepare for airport travel. On the day, the children involved were able to practice ‘checking in’, going through security and boarding a plane. We hope to then run regular airport preparation experiences for people with Autism across the year.
