Our Therapists can support you to increase your independence, take part in the activities you enjoy doing, and get involved with your community.

Our Adult Therapy Team
Our Adult Therapy service is led by a specialist, dedicated, and passionate therapy team consisting of:
- Speech Pathologists
- Occupational Therapists
- Provisional Psychologists
- Psychologists

Individual Therapy Services
We will work closely with you to design therapy supports tailored to living the life you want to live. Therapy supports will be delivered to fit within your routine and activities, and accessed in your home, education, employment or recreation settings.

The therapy services we provide include:
- Specialist assessment of skills, strengths and needs
- Functional Needs Assessments
- Development of goals in line with your NDIS goals
- Regular individual therapy sessions with a dedicated therapist
- Consultations with your support network as required
- Individualised reports for NDIS
Areas of support may include:
- Creating or expanding on a social network
- Increasing confidence in social situations
- Understanding strategies to regulate emotions
- Increasing your independence and engagement within your community
- Building your independence during self-care, meal preparation and budgeting activities
- Planning for life transitions
- Specialist communication support for assistive technology e.g. iPad and other communication devices
- Positive Behaviour Support
Adult Therapy Group-Based Programs
If you are accessing our comprehensive therapy services, you may choose to participate in one of our group-based programs to learn more about topics such as self-awareness, understanding others, communication, building relationships, and life skills.
The Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS®) is a research-based social skills program for young adults with Autism.
The PEERS® program suits Autistic adults aged 18-35 years who are motivated to build social skills and are confident communicators.
Throughout the program, a social mentoring coach is also required to attend each week to learn strategies to support the young adult to implement these skills. This may be a parent, sibling, or support worker.

Kitchen Masters is a program where participants are supported to develop their communication and social skills through activity-based learning.
The group suits Autistic young adults aged 18-35 years who can participate in a group setting.
This program focuses on the following goals:
- Foundational cooking skills.
- Preparation of simple meals.
- Following a recipe.
- Using kitchen utensils and appliances in a safe and hygienic way.
- Social skills and confidence in the kitchen.

- Commences 29th July and concludes 16th September 2026 (8-week program)

Mindfulness Group is a 6-week program for adults wanting to learn simple relaxation strategies that can be used throughout everyday life to manage experiences, thoughts and feelings.
This online program will introduce you to mindfulness and show you ways you can relax your mind through:
- Breathing
- Progressive muscle relaxation
- Grounding
- Visualisation
- Meditation
